Study abroad fair
Although this was a pretty long time ago I forgot to write about my experience. I was told to go with a friend because they said it would be fun. I was not really excited to go because when I went to the tent on advising day I saw that the place I really wanted to go to was only for a specific major. That place was Ireland. I am very Irish and I have never been to Ireland before. Even though I am going next summer on a golf trip it would be amazing to study abroad there. However, seeing that you have to be a certain major was really annoying to me. Even though I am not worried about going abroad because I plan on doing a year or two of grad school and the University of St. Andrews in Scotland (Birthplace of golf) it was cool to see all the opportunities that I could have the chance to do. My time was very short at the fair, but it was not a terrible experience. Sadly, the place I want to go the most I won’t be able to have the opportunity.
